Service Description

This consultation is where health & wellness lightbulbs go off. Whether you have a chronic and/or complex condition, or just want to get your health back on track with a major or minor tune up, this is the service we recommend and are very passionate about. At your first visit, we will take the time to discuss all bodily systems, your health history and any symptoms you’ve been experiencing. We will help you understand the connection between certain habits, imbalances, diet & lifestyle stressors, trauma and your symptoms. Then, after identifying the root cause/s of your issues, we advise you on how to best manage/minimise those naturally, while you work to permanently address and resolve them, with our guidance & support. This is a detailed, thorough process which can take some time, so this initial visit may go up to 90 minutes, if needed. You will leave this appointment with clarity and a renewed sense of inspiration regarding your health & wellness.

Cancellation Policy

Failure to attend and/or notification less than 24hrs in advance without genuine reason, will incur a cancellation fee of 50%
