Sure, navigating the NDIS, searching for providers and engaging the right services can be difficult, especially without the right support, however we can assist you in most areas and can also connect you with additional specialist supports to overcome any hurdles along the way.
We are here to help optimise your emotional, mental, physical and social well-being. With our specialist knowledge, combined with lived and learned experience, we specialise in mental health, neurodivergence, psychosocial disabilities and trauma. We focus on your abilities, interests and strengths, tailoring ours and other services to best guide, inspire and support you, creating new pathways filled with positivity. Helping others is both our purpose and passion, and we do it because we believe everyone deserves to live their best life.

Mentoring / Support
Engaging with Eclectic Wellness for Mentoring Support enables you to work on numerous different areas of your life that you would like to make improvements in. You can be guided and supported to set and reach your goals which in turn will lead to improved quality of life and overall wellbeing.
Areas you may seek mentoring / support for may include:

Working on your social skills and getting out and about in the community more regularly

Improving your financial skills in areas such as budgeting, paying bills and savings

Increasing your understanding of health and mental health, with education and guidance
​

Broadening your education and employment options and outcomes, with guidance and support on relevant study and training options
​

Support and mentoring with activities, interests and personal goals, such as fitness and/or other hobbies
​

Psychosocial Recovery Coaching & Support Coordination
Eclectic Wellness's Recovery Coaching provides those living with psychosocial disabilities and/or mental health issues, holistic support in all areas of life.
Clients and their plans are empathically assessed and considered with tailored supports then created with your Support Coordinator or Psychosocial Recovery Coach walking beside you while you plan, then improve your outcomes and quality of life.

With expertise on the impact of developmental and complex trauma, along with our dedication to mental health and neurodivergence, we work with you to confirm your current circumstances, future goals, and present needs. Your personal input combined with our lived and learned experience and specialist knowledge, enables you to make informed decisions around your current and ongoing goals, supports and your life.

Areas we can assist you with may include:

Setting up a daily routine that works for you and your psychosocial needs

Exploring activities, hobbies and interests by attending with you, helping you to manage concerns, overcome fears and meet new people while experiencing new things.

Building on life skills such as budgeting, problem solving, navigating relationships and connections within your community.

Identifying and linking you with specialist agencies and supports, regarding education and employment, including helping you liaise with them and ensuring you feel supported.

Strategies for improved mental health, including education to better understand diagnoses, symptoms, treatments, triggers and how you can better implement measures to manage your wellbeing and seek support earl, at times when you are struggling to stay well.

Identify, liaise with and manage interactions with services and professionals that can be overwhelming, such as Billers, Centrelink, Housing, medical professionals and the NDIA.
