NDIS Mentoring and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching

Juggling day to day activities, commitments and demands can be hard enough on its own. When you add in the complexities of navigating the NDIS life can be very difficult, especially without the right support. At Eclectic Wellness we believe that despite the obstacles you may be faced with, you deserve to live a life free of confusion, fear, limitations and stress. You deserve a life with choice and connection where you can grow your independence, resilience and reach your goals. We can assist you to understand and get the most out of your plan, helping you identify goals, needs and overcome any hurdles along your wellness journey. 


We are here to help optimise your emotional, mental, physical and social well-being. With our specialist knowledge, combined with lived and learned experience, we specialise in neurodivergence, psychosocial disabilities and mental health conditions. We focus on your abilities, interests and strengths, tailoring ours and other services to best guide, inspire and support you, creating new pathways filled with positivity. Helping others is both our purpose and passion, and we do it because we believe everyone deserves to live their best life.

Mentoring / Support

Engaging with Eclectic Wellness for Mentoring Support enables you to work on numerous different areas of your life that you would like to make improvements in. You can be guided and supported to set and reach your goals which in turn will lead to improved quality of life and overall wellbeing. 


Areas you may seek mentoring for may be:


  • Improving your social skills and getting out and about in the community more regularly

  • Improving your financial skills in areas such as budgeting, paying bill and growing savings

  • Improving your understanding of health and mental health, with education and guidance

  •  Improving your education and employment options and outcomes, with guidance around relevant study and training options

  •     Support and mentoring with other activities and goals, such as fitness and/or hobbies

(Available both In Person or Online).

Psychosocial Recovery Coaching

Eclectic Wellness's Recovery Coaching provides those living with psychosocial disabilities and/or mental health issues, holistic support in all areas of life.


Clients and their plans are empathically assessed and considered, then tailored supports can be created with your Recovery Coach walking beside you while you improve your outcomes and quality of life. 

With expertise on the impact of developmental and complex trauma, along with our dedication to mental health and neurodivergence, we work with you to confirm your current circumstances, future goals, and present needs. Your personal input combined with our lived and learned experience and specialist knowledge, enables you to make informed decisions around your current and ongoing goals, supports and your life.  

Areas we can assist you with may include:

  • Assist you to set up a daily routine that works for you and your psychosocial needs

  • Assisting you to explore activities, hobbies and interests by attending with you, helping you to manage concerns, overcome fears and meet new people while experiencing new things.  

  • Assist you with life skills such as budgeting, problem solving, navigating relationships and connections within your community.

  • Assist you with education and employment, by identifying and linking you with specialist agencies and supports, helping you liaise with them and ensuring you feel supported.  

  • Assistance with strategies for improved mental health, including education to better understand diagnoses, symptoms, treatments, triggers and how you can better implement measures to manage your wellbeing and seek support earl, at times when you are struggling to stay well. 

  •    Assist you to identify, liaise with and manage interactions with services and professionals that can be overwhelming, such as Billers, Centrelink, Housing, medical professionals and the NDIA.
